Instructions for Emergency BVI Work Permit Applicants
Use this "Fast-Track" BVI work permit if you need a Non-Belonger to work in the Territory for no more than seven days and you need them ASAP. This application form is suitable for Temporary, Emergency and Entertainment Work Permit applicants.
The Labour Department claims to approve Emergency Work Permits within 24 Hours. Obviously, there is no guarantee that this will happen. We recommend submitting a week earlier just to be safe. Keep in mind, the Labour Department reserves the right to request additional information or documentation as deemed fit.
Emergency Work Permit Fees are based on the employee’s salary.
