Temporary Work Permit

Glad you're joining us! We hope you love the BVI as much as we do.

Instructions for Temporary Work Permit Applicants

Temporary work permits allow an immigrant to work in the BVI, for no longer than 3 months. These are often issues to workers who are on a short contract and are needed for a specific project.

Fees for Temporary permits vary depending on salary and duration of employment in the British Virgin Islands.

Unlike many other work permits, a temporary permit does not require the need for the position to be advertised to prior to filling the role. However, the selected individual will be required to provide qualifications that demonstrate why they are needed to fill the position.

IMPORTANT! Ignore at your own peril.
